Ascoli 0-1 Livorno, Una Mattina Mi Son’ Svegliato e ho trovato il primo posto !

By: Marco Stucazzo | January 18th, 2009

- Livorno dominated this game from A to Z. Even tough they needed almost an hour before being able to pass one buy the impressive Ascoli keeper.

-The Red Card was going to be a goal anyways

- Aleandro Rosi and Bonetto are everywhere on the flanks. This Rosi guy with his height, skills and speed is starting to impress consistently on the right flank

-I never thought I would say this but: Thank god for Fausto Rossini, the Native Indian pride has been excellent upfront for Livorno and scored on his first touch of the game. Maybe it’s because the Lithuanian non sensation Danilevicius could be top of the serie B marcatori table had he converted 12% of his chances this year!

Bravi Livorno mo siamo anche campioni d’inverno !

Danilevicius = Mr. One Touch Too many. A.K.A. “just shoot already”

Or it might stand for: “Please play anyone else, Livorno should be 18 points clear by now”

Aleandro Rosi has had a terrific season so far, please be he stays for next season.Rossini has been steadfast and bagged some important goals,a must start.Livorno’s defence has been excellent lately also. They are playing some top football and the results are proof of this.
I’m trying to get to at least one more game before the end of the season, fingers crossed hopefully celebrating promotion.
Thanks for the link and write-up Marco.FORZA LIVORNO!!

good to read about Rosi. I’m a Roma supporter but i’ve always liked Livorno (politics specifically). i’m truly hoping Rosi helps you to promotion, but he’ll be back with Giallorossi next season.

Cheers, and Forza Rome, e Livorno
