Lazio 2- 0 Livorno 1, Oh Crap !

The fact is, losing to Lazio is awful. Any other team, it’s not that bad but to Mussolini’s favourite team, to hell with that. I’m pissed that the uglier Roman sister has managed to pick up all 6 points versus Livorno this season, 18 % of Lazio’s 33-point tally is at the expense of the Amaranto Liberation Army. At least we didn’t lose any games with Pisa!
I’m pretty tired of saying the same things on and on since my humble blogging beginnings but Livorno can’t defend in their own box. I’m tired of saying it but this has been killing us all season. The 2 goals conceded by Livorno were ugly, like Tomasso Rocchi Ugly. Both goals looked like pee wee soccer goals where all the kids try to kick the ball out of the box, and after 420 misses, that kid with the moustache manages to power it in. The second goal came off an ugly deflection. Marco Amelia was faultless on both Lazio goals and managed to save a couple of others. Oh yeah, and Livorno played like shit. Diamanti needs to be used as a 2nd half option and Tavano doesn’t seem to be a 100 % fit yet.
Poor GC Camolese and Livorno fans ! Diego Tristan sucks, Giovanni Pasquale is inconsistent and the Defense looks like my nephew’s team defence. But as weird as this may sound, Livorno aren’t out of it yet! 1 point only above the 3rd and Final relegation spot, but the rest of the calendar starts to look sexy. The 1st game against Parma, earlier this season was a 3-2 loss, but it also marked the beginning of Livorno’s good run, that permited them to climb out of the Relegation zone. Things are going to be all right!

On the bright side, if this keeps up I’ll be able to save money on Sky Calcio next year
That game was absolute poo. Livorno had some that were *nearly* good chances, but no good actual chances.
Also if Marco Amelia were to stab any of any of his teammates for their defending.. any courtroom in Livorno would surely set him free.

That picture pretty much sums up how i felt!
I still think that we have just enough to avoid the drop. It’ll be hard, but with Martin Bergvold coming back soon and Diamanti starting to look like a lethal 2nd half sub, things should be getting better.
As far as that MArco Amelia stabbing goes, i’m pretty sure you’re right

Didn’t see the game so thanks for the lowlights Marco. Two similar goals,scrappy,but a host of other chances for Lazio. Said this before,home wins are crucial,I can’t see Livorno picking up another point away from home. There’s no leadership,this is so disappointng.
