Livorno – Napoli

The not hyped enough Liberate Ingrid Betancourt Weekend saw Livorno lose to Napoli because of, you guessed it, poor 18 yard box defending. How frustrating! It’s the 420th goal this season caused by bad set piece defending ! Why do we look helpless on each and every cross that’s whipped in the box? Livorno doesn’t even lack height, it’s in-ex-cu-sable!

We managed to get the 1-1 but couldn’t hold on. Getting scored in the last minute like that is extremely frustrating Tabarnak!

We’re now dangerously close to the drop zone. Even Cagliari is back in the mix after they spanked Lazio Merda with 10 men!

Disorganised thoughts:

-The extra match last week seems to have gotten to the Leghorn clubs legs.

-Diego Tristan should have taken the shot on that 2-1 with Bogdani early in the 1st half

-Bogdani needs to remember his Siena days! What is this with this crappy finishing? Has the Kosovo-Nation thing gotten to you?

-Napoli Transfer Target Giovanni Pasquale looked awful on Sunday. Mannini ran circles around him all afternoon. He didn’t exactly see his stock rise.

-Why doesn’t Calaiò Start more? Is it because he’s Sicilian?

-Diamanti needs to start getting a regular Titolare shirt soon. The ex-Prato star scored a beauty and changed the whole allure of the Livorno offense when he was subbed in. What a goal ! Congrats

-I liked what Edgar Alvarez brought to the pitch.

-We can’t afford to not have Francesco Tavano on the pitch. Yes, it’s that bad.

-Livorno deserved at least a Rigore on the Bogdani or Vidigal occasions

-Marco Amelia’s the one reason the people of Livorno have witnessed so much Serie A Action in the recent years. (Yeah and a little credit goes to that Lucarelli guys as well)
What a save he made on Sosa to keep the score 1-1! La parata!
